| 1. Weekend Registration Information | When you register for a PME Weekend online, we collect the information you provide on the registration form. The required information includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and wedding date. Optional information includes religious affiliation, if any, and any special needs you might have such as dietary restrictions or handicap access. | ||
| 2. Contact Information | When you use one of our online forms or email links, we collect specific contact information. This information may include some combination of your name, address, phone number, and/or email address. | ||
| 3. Announcement List Subscriptions | When you subscribe to an email announcement list, we collect your email address. | ||
| 4. Web Page Logging | We may collect the URL from which you linked into our web site, your IP address, and your browser type and version. This information is collected in an anonymous manner and is never linked to any of your personal information. | ||

| Presbyterian Marriage Encounter takes your privacy very seriously. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service you request. We never provide, sell, or disseminate any of your personal information outside of Presbyterian Marriage Encounter (except in cases required by law by law enforcement agencies). Presbyterian Marriage Encounter will never request or in any way ask for financial information such as credit card numbers or bank account information. Registration fees are collected by personal checks made out to "Presbyterian Marriage Encounter" and mailed to the address provided upon registration. Donations are accepted only by personal checks made out to "Presbyterian Marriage Encounter" that are mailed to the address provided on the Donations web page of this web site. | |||
| 1. Weekend Registration Information | This information is used to complete your registration for a specific Presbyterian Marriage Encounter weekend. It enables the Registration Couple for the Weekend for which you register to contact you with details of the weekend including the address to which you mail your registration fee and to make the appropriate accommodations at the facility where the Weekend is held. | ||

Contact Information | If an online form is used to request information or to provide a testimonial, the minimum contact information necessary is collected and is used to permit a Presbyterian Marriage Encounter couple to contact you. When using an email link to request information, the email you send will include your email address. | ||
| 3. Announcement List Subscriptions | Announcement list subscriptions only require an email address to which the subscribed announcement will be sent. | ||
